NBC secured the gig, but can they deliver the goods? As the network embarks on another year of exclusive Olympic coverage -- a ratings wet dream -- we can't help but wonder if they can adequately cover the controversy that is all but synonymous with Sochi. All eyes will be on NBC shows like TODAY and NBC Nightly News as they attempt to cover gay rights issues; terrorist threats (um, Munich); corruption; nationalistic bravado (oh, Berlin 1936); prolematic event courses; and the goold old specter of the Cold War.
